A $500 fine and up to a year in jail, that's the penalty that 14-year-old Jared Marcum, who was arrested after refusing to change his NRA shirt, could face, now that a judge has allowed the prosecution to move forward with it's obstructing an officer charge against him.

A neighbor said that robbery victim is an 83-year-old man. She said that he came across the street to her home and reported two men had just come into his house and taken his wallet. She then called police.
Police are searching the area for the suspects.

Boyd County, Kentucky 911 dispatchers said they received a report of a home invasion at around 7:30 p.m. from someone at a home in Catlettsburg.
Dispatchers said that a man reported two men broke into his house at 3343 Spring Haven Street. The caller said that the men took his wallet.
Police are looking for two men driving a silver, older model Chevy Blazer. One of the suspects may be wearing a black hoodie according to police.
