According to a release from the Boone County Sheriff's Office, David Henry Linville, 26, of Shady Spring, WV, is charged with Threats of a Terrorist Act, a felony. The arrest was made Wednesday evening

Sheriff's deputies recovered cash, thousands of dollars in stolen property and drugs on Tuesday in Jackson County, WV.
Hubert Messer is charged with transferring and receiving stolen property, according to the Jackson County Sheriff's Department, and more charges could be filed.
Deputies said they found the items after they obtained a search warrant for Messer's property.
They recovered $36,000 cash, cars, horse trailers, ATVs, ammunition and some pills.
