South Charleston Police arrested a man who fled the South Charleston Wal-Mart after attempting to steal a buggy of groceries and other items from the store.
When a store clerk tried to stop the suspect, he was shoved out of the way.
The suspect fled on foot, but was chased to Mountain Drive in South Charleston where he was eventually arrested.
