Uncover an underwater environment of crushing pressure and extreme temperatures as scientists journey 12,000 feet below the ocean's surface in search of a fabled sea creature in the Clay Center's newest giant screen film. "Volcanoes of the Deep Sea" premieres March 9 in the ElectricSky Theater.

Get a close look at the Azores, a constantly erupting volcanic rift between North America and Europe, as manned research probe Alvin plunges into the Atlantic in search of a long sought-after animal. Explore astounding volcanic habitats with dense communities of animal and plant life in this award-winning documentary produced by James Cameron and narrated by Ed Harris.

While at the Center, put on your hard hat and construction vest and explore the concepts of design, motion and simple machines in "Little Builders," the latest traveling exhibit in the Mylan Explore-atory. Then, travel the galaxy to learn about our neighbors in the solar system in the planetarium show "The Planets." Plus, visit the art gallery to see exhibits featuring quilts and lithographs.

Show times will be Wednesday through Saturday at noon, 1, 3 and 4 p.m. and Sundays at 1, 3 and 4 p.m. This film will be shown through July 5.
