A $500 fine and up to a year in jail, that's the penalty that 14-year-old Jared Marcum, who was arrested after refusing to change his NRA shirt, could face, now that a judge has allowed the prosecution to move forward with it's obstructing an officer charge against him.
Charleston Police are investigating a shooting that happened near The Smokehouse restaurant at 1549 Washington Street West around 3:40 a.m. Saturday.
According to dispatchers, at least one person was taken to CAMC General.
No word yet on the extent of their injuries or what led to the shooting.
