Charleston
based Brickhouse Cardio Club announced March 4 that it has been awarded a 2013
Franchisee Satisfaction Award by Franchise Business Review.
Brickhouse
Cardio Club was named number 14 in the country in its category, which is franchises
with under 50 locations.
"We are
honored and humbled by this designation," said founder and CEO Vic Sprouse.
"This is a
measure of franchisee satisfaction and we do everything we can to support our
franchisees through the process of opening and owning their own fitness
facility," Sprouse said. "We are not only growing quickly, but being named one
of America's top franchises by Franchise Business Review is a great accomplishment for our
franchise because it measures our franchisee satisfaction."
Started in
Charleston in 2010, the Brickhouse Cardio Club franchise now operates in 20
states and Canada.
Franchise Business Review's FBR50,
now in its eighth year, surveys more than 26,000 franchisees in 350 franchise
brands. It is touted as the only awards program that ranks companies based
solely on franchisee satisfaction. The survey includes 33 benchmark questions
covering franchisee experience and satisfaction as well as market area,
business lifestyle and other demographic characteristics.
Franchise
co-owner Misti Janey said, "We work hard every day to help our franchisees and
we feel we go above and beyond for each and every one of them. We help them
every step of the way and are always there to help and support them through the
process."
