Joshua Greenwood was reported missing late Monday night. Guards said he was unaccounted for in a 10:15 p.m. head count. He was serving time on grand larceny charges out of Cabell County.

A Saint Albans man is facing a felony drug charge after a weekend incident.

South Charleston Police arrested James Meddings on Saturday.

Police said Meddings had bath salts, meth, and hydrocodone pills on him.

Police said they also found digital scales and needles on Meddings.

Meddings has been charged with delivery of a controlled substance.

He's in the South Central Regional Jail with bail set at $25,000.
