Deputies charged Belcher with third-degree sexual assault.

Belcher impregnated his girlfriend when she was 13-years-old. The girl is now 14, according to Det. Sgt. Eric Cullen.

The girl's mother took the couple to South Carolina in January to get married, according to Det. Sgt. Cullen.

Child Protective Services notified deputies of the relationship.
