West Virginia State Police confirmed that 21-year-old Austin Marcum, a driver, died at the scene.

According to Lawrence County dispatchers, they received a call around 4:30 p.m. of a child possibly hit by train.

Dispatchers were told that the accident happened on Eisenhower Street in South Pointe, Ohio.

Emergency crews on the scene and are not releasing any more details right now.
