According to a release from the Boone County Sheriff's Office, David Henry Linville, 26, of Shady Spring, WV, is charged with Threats of a Terrorist Act, a felony. The arrest was made Wednesday evening
The incident began on social media with threats to "relive the Newtown shooting".

UPDATE: A 15 year old, thought hit by a Lawrence County train, was found alive and safe Tuesday evening.
A Norfolk railroad conductor thought he had hit the teen, who was on the tracks.
According to Lawrence County Sheriff Jeff Lawless, Norfolk and Southern railroad companies are investigating the incident. They are considering bringing trespassing charges against the teen.
A Norfolk Southern train engineer called police shortly after four o'clock Tuesday afternoon to report that his train had nearly hit a pedestrian.
The South Point Volunteer Fire Department and Lawrence County Sheriff's deputies responded to the scene, and blocked off a section of County Road 1 in Lawrence County for about an hour.
No one was injured, and the road has since been reopened.
