CHARLESTON -
An Ohio man pleaded guilty Tuesday to distributing cocaine out of the now closed Smokin' Aces store in Huntington.
Tyree Spraggins, 25, admitted that on October 27, 2010, he sold 44.3 grams of cocaine to an undercover ATF agent for $2,600.
This sale followed another undercover sting, where 142.8 grams were sold out of the same store.
Spraggins faces 40 years in prison and a $5 million fine. He is sentenced June 10.
