Black Ice Blamed for Coal Truck Involved crash on Cabin Creek RD - WOWK 13 Charleston, Huntington WV News, Weather, Sports

Up to eight vehicles are involved in a crash officials are blaming on slick conditions.  Early reports indicate several coal trucks and other large trucks are involved in a crash on Cabin Creek at Dry Branch Road.  The mess closed the road until further notice.

No word on injuries.

Route 94 and Route 3 are reporting slick spots.  Overnight snow squalls produced slick conditions on several roads especially those in higher elevations.
