Rescue efforts have pulled a second person from the Elk River near Clendenin. A 19-year-old man was found around 3:00 p.m. by rescuers and appears to be in good condition.

According to the Jackson County Sheriff's Office, a car hit a natural gas line on Route 62 around 10:50 a.m.
Dispatchers say the accident happened about one mile from the Ripley exit.
The driver was turning off the road when she was rear-ended, causing her to hit the gas line.
The line was leaking, but the leak has been stopped.
No injuries were reported.
