HUNTINGTON, WV -

Two attorneys with Huntington-based law firm Jenkins Fenstermaker have been selected by their clients and peers for inclusion in the 2013 edition of Benchmark Litigation.

Thomas Scarr was selected for General Litigation and Labor & Employment Litigation.

Lee Hall was selected for Insurance Coverage, Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice.

Benchmark Litigation identifies the nation's leading trial attorneys and firms. Focused exclusively on the litigation market, the publication's rankings and editorials are the result of extensive interviews with private practice lawyers and in-house counsel.

Supplementary firm information is submitted in the form of a questionnaire. The guide's "local litigation stars" reflect lawyers who are recommended by peers and clients to have established consistent reputations as trial attorneys. Benchmark's independent research is conducted annually between February and June.

Jenkins Fenstermaker is a multi-practice, full-service regional law firm with 22 attorneys. It was founded more than 80 years ago and represents individuals, local businesses and a number of Fortune 500 companies.

Jenkins Fenstermaker also was recognized by Benchmark Litigation as a top-recommended litigation firm in West Virginia.
