Joshua Greenwood was reported missing late Monday night. Guards said he was unaccounted for in a 10:15 p.m. head count. He was serving time on grand larceny charges out of Cabell County.

A four-car accident at Merrtt's Creek road caused traffic congestion for drivers and sends at least one person to the hospital.

It happened just after 4 p.m. Thursday at the entrance to the Merritt's Creek Farm shopping center.

Barboursville police directed traffic while crews cleaned up the mess.

Cabell county 911 dispatchers say at least one person was taken by ambulance with non-life threatening injuries.

No word on what caused the accident.

Traffic was back to normal in about an hour.
