A Kanawha County man is in jail following an overnight pursuit.
Robert Pryor, 52, has been charged with fleeing and possession with intent to deliver marijuana.
Charleston Police said they tried to pull Pryor over on Virginia Street. They said he made an illegal U-turn.
Police said when they approached the car, they told Pryor they could smell marijuana coming from inside his car.
Police told Pryor they were waiting for the K-9 unit to respond.
They said he then sped off and eventually struck a house and parked car on the 600-block of Randolph Street.
Police were able to place Pryor under arrest after he crashed the car.
