A sheriff spent part of his weekend in jail after having a few too many drinks.
Floyd County Sheriff John K. Blackburn was arrested Sunday and charged with driving under the influence, that is what officials with the Powell County Detention Center told 13News.
Blackburn was pulled over on KY HWY around 8:14 p.m. after dispatchers received calls about a Chevy Tahoe driving recklessly.
Sheriff Blackburn was arrested by an officer with the Stanton Police Department.
