Joshua Greenwood was reported missing late Monday night. Guards said he was unaccounted for in a 10:15 p.m. head count. He was serving time on grand larceny charges out of Cabell County.

West Virginia State Police confirmed that 21-year-old Austin Marcum, a driver, died at the scene.

A mobile home fire in Pinch, WV is being considered suspicious. Dispatchers received a call about the fire around just before 2 p.m. Monday.
The fire completely destroyed the home. This is the second time a fire has been reported at the residence and the fire marshal was called to investigate.
Firefighters from the Pinch Fire Department confirmed to 13NEWS that witnesses saw a man in his late 30's leaving the scene of the fire.
It is being investigated at this time.
