A $500 fine and up to a year in jail, that's the penalty that 14-year-old Jared Marcum, who was arrested after refusing to change his NRA shirt, could face, now that a judge has allowed the prosecution to move forward with it's obstructing an officer charge against him.
A man is in Southwestern Regional Jail after he was arrested on warrants in Boone County Tuesday evening, according to troopers with the West Virginia State Police.
State police arrested Donald Toler, according to troopers at the Madison detachment in Danville.
Toler is listed on the Charleston Work Release Center's website as an absconder, or a fugitive trying to avoid arrest.
Troopers could not comment on his connection to the center or the nature of the warrants at this time.
