UPDATE:

A Washington state man has been arraigned on felony charges related to the death of a Roane County woman.

Chad Renzelman, 32, has been charged with first degree murder and delivery of a controlled substance in the death of Renee Honaker.

He was picked up in Benton County, Wash., earlier this month.  Authorities extradited him to West Virginia late Tuesday night.

Renzelman was a chemist at a nuclear power plant before he got into trouble in Roane County.

Investigators said Renzelman sent 8 'hits' of LSD, or acid, to Todd Honaker last month.

Honaker and his wife, Renee Honaker, took the drugs on March 1.

Renee went into violent convulsions after taking two hits of acid.  She died within hours of taking the drugs.

Now, both men could spend the rest of their lives in prison.  Under the law, investigators said each man is equally responsible for her death; Todd did not try to help her or call 911, and Renzelman supplied the drugs that killed her, they said.

Renzelman will appear back in court for his preliminary hearing on March 29.

Honaker's next court appearance has not been scheduled.

A Washington state man wanted in connection with a murder in Roane County is in jail.

Chad Renzelman was booked in the Central Regional Jail just after 1 a.m.

Renzelman has been in Benton County, Wash., custody since the beginning of the month.

Investigators said Renzelman has been charged with first degree murder in the death of Renee Honaker.

Honaker died of a drug overdose March 1.

Her husband, Todd Honaker, has also been charged with first degree murder.

Investigators said Renzelman sent Honaker LSD through the mail.

Deputies said Todd and his wife did acid together the night she died.  When she started to convulse, deputies said he didn't call 911 or try to save her.

Renzelman will be arraigned by a magistrate judge later this morning.
