BRIDGEPORT, WV -

Steptoe & Johnson lawyers Andrew S. Graham, George A. Snell III and Philip D. Vasquez have been appointed to the advisory board of the Institute for Energy Law, joining Steptoe & Johnson colleagues, Sharon O. Flanery, who practices in Charleston, as well as Kurt L. Krieger of Charleston and Russell L. Schetroma of Texas.

The IEL is a leader in continuing education for professionals throughout the energy industry. Snell and Vasquez both are based in Texas.

Graham, who practices for Steptoe's office in Morgantown, concentrates his practice in the areas of energy and mineral law, as well as real estate and commercial transactions. 

He joined Steptoe & Johnson in 2005 and assists clients with mineral title examinations, due diligence, buying and selling mineral assets and issues with surface use and compensation arising from oil and gas operations. Graham earned his bachelor's degree from then-Shepherd College and his law degree from West Virginia University.
