Detectives: Body found in Huntington identified as missing man

Detectives with the Huntington Police Department tell 13News the body of a man found Saturday evening is that of a man reported missing since April 1. 

Detectives say Kenneth Nash was found dead at 5:30 p.m., Saturday near Fifth Street in the Altizer area of Huntington. 

His body was found just feet from his truck by someone in the neighborhood walking along the tracks, according to detectives. 

Detectives tell us Nash's body did not appear to have any trauma and his death is not believed to be suspicious. His body is now at the coroner's office to determine how he died.

A body was found in the Altizer area of Huntington Saturday evening. 

Detectives with the Huntington Police Department say a body was found in the 4400 block of Terrace Avenue. 

Officers tell us the body was found near the vehicle of Kenneth Nash, a man missing since April 1. 

But detectives did not say there is any connection. 

The body is being sent to the coroner for identification.
