NEW INFO: 1 unconscious after motorcycle collides with car

Witnesses say a car driven by 83-year-old Jo Ann Keefer pulled out from 5th Street across US 60.  A motorcycle headed west on US 60 struck the side of Keefer's car.  The man driving the motorcycle was 24-year-old Zachary Crede.  Crede is now in critical condition.  Crede's passenger, 26-year-old Kristyn Walko sustained non-life threatening injuries.

Crede and Walko were transported to CAMC General. 


St. Albans police are working an auto accident that left one person unconscious.

According to dispatch, a motorcycle carrying two people collided with a car on the 500 block of MacCorkle Avenue in Saint Albans near the Exxon One Stop gas station.  The crash happened around 6 p.m. Sunday.

The occupants of the car were unharmed, one of the passengers on the motorcycle was rendered unconscious and is now being treated.

No names have been released.  St. Albans police is investigating the crash.
