Arnett Foster Toothman, an accounting firm with offices in West Virginia and Ohio, has announced the following promotions: Jackie Nussbaum to senior manager; Dale Carpenter, Steven Carr, Lisa Starcher and Tessa White to manager; Drew Bryan, Patrick McGraw and Chris Rawlings to supervisor; Robert Cook, James Payne and Marcus Smith to senior associate; and Steven Brannon to senior word processor.

Since last year's merger of Arnett & Foster and Toothman Rice, Arnett Foster Toothman now is one of the 150 largest accounting firms in the nation and one with professionals experienced in oil and gas, construction, health care, banking and tax. 

In 2011, Arnett & Foster expanded across state lines with the opening of an office in Columbus, Ohio. The company was founded in 1950 and has a staff of 90.

Toothman Rice dates to 1952 and has 50 employees. The new company has six offices, in Columbus, Charleston, Bridgeport, Morgantown, Buckhannon and Lewisburg.
