Home burns in overnight fire in Boone County, W. Va.

A house fire broke out around midnight Saturday night off Phipps Avenue in the Danville area of Boone County, W. Va.

According to Justin Chafin, Assistant Chief of the Danville Fire Department, no one was at the home when the fire broke out.

The mobile home was being rented out, but the power had been turned off to the residence.

Firefighters are not sure how the fire started. Both Danville and Madison fire departments helped put the fire out.

Danville Fire Department, along with the Boone County Sheriff's Office and the State Fire Marshall's Office, are investigating the cause.

No one was injured in the fire.
