Drennan serves as executive director of the Sisters of Saint Joseph Charitable Fund based in Parkersburg, a sponsored ministry of the congregation of St. Joseph. She brings more than three decades of experience in the nonprofit and foundation sector and experience.

Prior to joining the Sisters of Saint Joseph Charitable Fund, Drennan worked for the William J. and Dorothy K. O'Neill Foundation in 2006, where she was appointed its first philanthropic professional.

For ten years prior, Drennan organized and developed the grantmaking programs and initiatives of two health conversion foundations in her hometown of Cleveland.

Hinkle since 2011 has served as the development director of the Tucker Community Foundation. Before that, she worked as the foundation's part-time assistant executive director.

Her relationship with the Tucker Community Foundation started in 1995 when she was elected to serve on the board of directors and later was president of the organization.

She earned a bachelor of science degree in nursing from West Virginia Wesleyan College. She was the former assistant director of nursing at Cortland Acres and later served as the medical director for the Davis Center.
