    Nine Martinsburg, West Virginia, residents and another from Keyser were sentenced to federal prison for breaking the law while they were on supervised release or probation.

The Kentucky State Police in Ashland arrested two Boyd County residents after investigating a missing persons report that led to the recovery of human remains along an embankment on Happy Ridge in Greenup County.

According to troopers a missing person reported was filed for Christopher M Frazier of Westwood on April 8. Police later received information that a murder had occurred on or around March 25th along Rockgate Rd in Greenup, KY.

A warrant was issued for the arrest of Carlton Gallman and Aaron Gallion on charges of murder and tampering with physical evidence.

Gallman was spotted in Westwood KY, Gallman was followed by police and was later spotted crossing over into Ohio and was later arrested after being involved in a traffic accident.Gallman is currently lodged in a Lawrence County Ohio Jail

Gallion was arrested at a residence along Oxcart Rd in Boyd County and is currently lodged in The Greenup County Detention Center 

The Kentucky State Police is Investigating.
