BARBOURSVILLE, Wv. -

At his arraignment, 39-year-old Chad Hartshorn of Milton says he can't quite remember what he did during the early morning hours on Thursday.

Others that were on Route 60 at the time of a car chase through Barboursville gave a play-by-play account on Facebook.

"I don't know, - I can't even remember," says Hartshorn to the magistrate. "I don't even know why I'm here."

It began when Barboursville Police tried to pull over a car on Route 60 West for having a tail light out.

According to police, the driver, Mr. Hartshorn, led police into Huntington, turning around, going back eastbound toward Barboursville, going through a construction site, and finally stopping at the dead end of a back road, where he was arrested.

Police say Hartshorn wreaked of alcohol.

"I'm trying to get ahold of this. I don't even know the charges," says Hartshorn.

Hartshorn is charged with fleeing while DUI, DUI, fleeing with property damage, failure to show proof of insurance and driving with a suspended license.
