    A Dayton, OH man is facing charges after a stabbing. Deputies tell us that a male victim was brought into the Southern Ohio Medical Center around 7 a.m. Thursday morning with a stab wound to his abdomen. The victim has been identified at Leo Buggs, 34, of Columbus, OH. He was then flown to Cabell-Huntington Hospital. Buggs underwent surgery and is listed in stable condition in ICU. The often-elusive question of how to get a job in state government can be answered Tuesday, May 7 at the second annual State Government Career Fair.

The event, scheduled from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Culture Center at the State Capitol Complex in Charleston, is open to the public.

It is sponsored by the West Virginia Division of Personnel and WorkForce West Virginia. The featured fields for employment opportunities will include nursing, social services, engineering, corrections, natural resources, environmental protection, human resources and information technology, according to information from the West Virginia Department of Administration. More than 15 state agencies will be at the event to talk about employment opportunities and benefits.

Interested individuals should bring their resumes, proper identification and any other information they would want to share with potential employers.
