A man who stole scrap parts to sell for its metal value is now behind bars.

Deputies with the Gallia County Sheriff's Office charged Brandon Harrison, 20, of Gallipolis with felony theft and criminal trespassing, according to a recent news release.

Harrison was arrested Tuesday after deputies say he was taking an assortment of scrap metals from Terry Chapman's business, L&L Scrap Metals.  Harrison was found on Chapman's property with the stolen goods.
