Police discovered children living in conditions they describe as deplorable.

Detectives with the Huntington Police Dept. charged Sonny R. Mann, 28, and Sarah Mann, 26, both of Marcum Terrace in Huntington, with felony child neglect Tuesday.

According to court documents, the two parents created an environment of neglect that caused the little girl to be bruised and repeatedly hurt.  Police found insects throughout the home, some cat feces on the floor and a puddle of urine in the living room.

The Mann's were taken to the Western Regional Jail. Bail was set at $50,000 for each.
