Two men woke up behind bars Friday morning after officers say they were dealing heroin.
Deputies say Nicholas R. Adams, 27, of Ashland and Ralph Gregory Hackworth, 28, of Worthington are both charged with trafficking heroin, a felony, according to a recent news release.
A "hand-to-hand transaction" was observed by the deputies with the Boyd County Sheriff's Department Drug Task Force Thursday at 11 p.m. in the 2900 block of Central Avenue. Deputies stopped the two men and found heroin and money on both.
Adams and Hackworth are currently in the Boyd County Detention Center.
