    A Dayton, OH man is facing charges after a stabbing. Deputies tell us that a male victim was brought into the Southern Ohio Medical Center around 7 a.m. Thursday morning with a stab wound to his abdomen. The victim has been identified at Leo Buggs, 34, of Columbus, OH. He was then flown to Cabell-Huntington Hospital. Buggs underwent surgery and is listed in stable condition in ICU. Remember the Miners, a West Virginia campaign dedicated to honoring fallen coal miners and the sacrifices miners make for U.S. energy, is kicking off the Coal Club.

The Coal Club proceeds will be used to fund the Remember the Miners Scholars program that was created in 2011. The program offers financial aid for miners, dependents of miners and students who are pursuing higher education in the mining industry.

"We are excited to continue to grow our grassroots network of citizen activists who support the men and women of the coal industry," said Jason Parsons, President of Remember The Miners. "By joining our network of miners, community leaders and businesses, a small investment in the work of Remember The Miners will go a long way. The grassroots members of the Coal Club are very important to continuing the work we are doing in telling the story of America's real source of energy."

Those interested can join the club with a donation of $25. With membership, donors also receive a welcome pack including a car magnet, T-shirt featuring the Remember The Miners Logo, "America's Real Source of Energy," and a Huggins Horrible Hankie, emblazoned with the face of Remember The Miners Honorable Chairman West Virginia University Men's Basketball Coach Bob Huggins.
