Second man arrested in connection with suspicious fire in Cabell Co.

A second man has been arrested in connection with a suspicious fire in Cabell County, according to investigators with the West Virginia State Fire Marshal's Office.

Kenneth Luke Holden, 24, of South Point, Ohio, is facing several charges, including first-degree arson.

Investigators said they think Holden was involved in a fire that burned down a mobile home on Cyrus Creek Road on March 15.

Holden was already serving time in Western Regional Jail on other charges. Investigators could not name those charges. Holden will be arraigned via video. 

Investigators said they expect to make more arrests regarding this case.

A man has been arrested in connection with a mobile home fire in Cabell County, according to the West Virginia State Fire Marshal's Office.

Investigators said Donovan Shane Smith, of South Point, Ohio, was arrested on Thursday afternoon and faces nine arson-related charges.

Smith is accused of starting a mobile home fire on Cyrus Creek Road on March 15.
