    Nine Martinsburg, West Virginia, residents and another from Keyser were sentenced to federal prison for breaking the law while they were on supervised release or probation.

History was made by the Charleston Catholic baseball team on Saturday.

The Irish won its first ever state baseball championship with a thrilling, 9-8 win over Magnolia.

Charleston Catholic took a 7-2 lead in the final two innings, but the lead wouldn't last.

Heading into the final inning, Catholic's lead was cut to four at 9-5.

That's when Magnolia woke up.

The Blue Eagles added three runs to cut the lead to 9-8, but that's was a close as they got.

With a runner at second with two outs, Magnolia's Chandler Sapp lined out to shortstop ending Magnolia's comeback and the game.

Catholic escaped with a 9-8 win, and the 2013 WVSSAC Class A State Championship.
