Investigation into $17,000 worth of wiring stolen from Big Sandy Superstore Arena

CABELL COUNTY, WV -
Detectives are looking for two men they say are responsible for stealing $17,000 worth of wiring from a local venue. 

Officers with the Huntington Police Department are looking for these to men... Cody Dean Donald, 20, of Huntington, and Michael D. Maze, 26, of both the Chesapeake and Huntington area. 

According to a recent news release, detectives say these two men are responsible for stealing $17,000 in wiring from Big Sandy Superstore Arena on May 31 and again on June 11. 

Detectives say there was extensive surveillance of several people stealing the wire over several days. 

One man has already been charged in relation to the incident. Joshua Lee Porter, 27, of Huntington, is charged with two counts of breaking and entering. He is currently in the Western Regional Jail. Bail is set at $100,000.

Detectives with the Huntington Police Department are investigating a recent theft at the Big Sandy Superstore Arena. 

Detectives tell 13 News unknown suspects, by unknown means, entered the arena at 2:30 a.m., May 31, and stole wiring from various places within the facility. 

While no direct damages were done to the arena detectives tell us the stolen wiring is valued at just over $17,000. 

Investigators are working to identify the suspects and discover how they entered the arena.
