Ohio State Highway Patrol Troopers say they are searching for a man allegedly involved in a crash that took the lives of two women and an unborn child.

They say around 7:30 p.m. Monday, a car driven by Paul R. Riggs, Jr., 30, of Waverly crossed the center line on River Road and hit an oncoming vehicle head-on.

Tina L. Ogier, 35, and Mary Jane E. Cooper, 19, both of Beaver, were killed in the accident.

Ogier was pregnant at the time.

A teenage boy was also injured in the accident and flown to a local hospital.

Troopers say the suspect fled following the accident.

Riggs is wanted on three counts of aggravated vehicular homicide and one count of aggravated vehicular assault.

He was last seen wearing black shorts and no shirt.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Portsmouth Dispatch Center at 740-354-2888.
