The State Fire Marshal's Office has determined who is responsible for the burglary and arson of a Barbour County home in October 2012.

The Barbour County Grand Jury indicted Brandi Schoolcraft, 25, Larry Talkington, 49, and Regina Talkington, 40, on two counts of burglary, two counts conspiracy to commit burglary, and one count of grand larceny each.

It also indicted Larry Talkington on one count of first degree arson.

West Virginia State Police arrested Larry and Regina Talkington for their involvement.

They were arrested on Wednesday, June 26 and are both being held in Tygart Valley Regional Jail.

The charges stem from the fire that destroyed a two-story home on Route 57 in Barbour County on October 3, 2012.

The Talkingtons, had last been seen in the Huntington area, according to the State Fire Marshal.

Brandi Schoolcraft will also remain in jail until she appears before the judge in Barbour County to answer to the charges also related to the October arson.
