A home confinement check revealed a meth lab in Roane County.

Deputies said they went to check up on a guy who is staying at a house on Market Street in Spencer late Wednesday night.  The man is supposed to be staying at the house while on home confinement.

They said the house was a mess, and no one was home.

After searching the house, deputies discovered multiple meth-making materials.

The find comes just a couple of days after a different meth bust over the weekend involving a felon.

Deputies said they have seen an increase in meth labs in the county lately.  This latest incident is the third meth lab in two weeks.

Investigators are currently looking for the homeowners.  No one has been arrested yet.
