    Nine Martinsburg, West Virginia, residents and another from Keyser were sentenced to federal prison for breaking the law while they were on supervised release or probation.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a two vehicle accident that happened along Rt 124 in Syracuse, Ohio just before 5:30 pm Saturday that killed two people..

According to trooper a 1999 Pontiac Bonneville was traveling eastbound along Rt 124 when the driver traveled left of center, and crashed head on into a 2002 Dodge Ram pick-up who was traveling westbound.

Colton T. Hawk and Darla D. Hoffman of Mason WV were pronounced dead at the scene, a second passenger Landon Hawk was injured and taken to Holzer Medical Center in Gallipolis, and then later transported to St. Mary's Hospital in Huntington, WV.

Scott G. Exline of Syracuse, Ohio was also injured and was also taken to Holzer Medical Center and later to St. Mary's Hospital in Huntington.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating.
