A West Virginia woman has been arrested on 17 counts of forgery connected to two elderly Alabama women who have been missing for more than a decade.

Wanda Kiser, a former neighbor of the missing women, was arrested Tuesday, July 9 in Nicholas County, WV.

In July 2012, a human skull was discovered underneath the women's Alabama home. The skull, the only bones found to this point, was sent to the State of Alabama Department of Forensic Science but investigators have not yet been able to identify the skull.

Mary Cobb and her daughter, Wynona Delvecchio, haven't been seen since 2002.  Investigators believe that since 2001, Kiser has been involved with forgery involving Cobb's Railroad Retirement Fund and Delvecchio's alimony checks.
