Huntington duo charged after pawning stolen jewelry

HUNTINGTON, WV -

A Huntington couple is facing jail time after they pawned more than $4,000 worth of someone else's jewelry.

Kimberly D. Clark, 30, and Joshua A. Clagg, pawned the jewelry at Tri-State Pawn after Clark stole the jewelry from a home in Kenova, according to court documents. 

Court documents state the stolen property included a diamond ring, a bracelet and two men's chains totaling over $4,000.

The couple pawned the jewelry for cash. 

Clark and Clagg are charged with receiving and transferring stolen property. Clagg was taken to Western Regional Jail. The two are facing up to 10 years in prison.
