West Virginia State Police have arrested a Weston man after finding sexually explicit photographs of juveniles at his Bland Street home.

State Police have charged Floyd Ellsworth Friend, Jr., 40, with one count of use of minors in filming sexually explicit conduct, one count of possessing material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct and one count of distribution and display to a minor of obscene matter.

Friend is the former Lewis County High School band director, according to Agnes Queen, Lewis County Commissioner.

State Police were investigating Friend on another charge when they discovered 422 suspicious graphics, which included sexually explicit pictures of an underage girl and Friend together, according to a criminal complaint. The pictures were found on Friend's cell phone and the memory card inside the phone.

Friend is being held in Central Regional Jail on $150,000 bail.
