    Nine Martinsburg, West Virginia, residents and another from Keyser were sentenced to federal prison for breaking the law while they were on supervised release or probation.

Three people were arrested in two separate incidents Saturday in Ashland, KY.

According to the Boyd County Sheriff Department Two people were arrested during a controlled drug buy along 30th St near Central ave in Ashland.

Deputies purchased 3.5 grams of crack cocaine. Once the purchase was completed deputies arrested Prentiss Glenn and Donnell Simmons both from Philadelphia Pa.

Glenn who was found in possession of a large amount of crack cocaine, heroin, and a large amount of cash and has been charged with trafficking of a controlled substance 1st degree crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine, possession of heroin, and possession of cocaine.

Simmons was charged with complicity of trafficking a controlled substance 1st degree crack cocaine

Deputies also arrested James Hall in a separate controlled buy along the 900 block of 29th St in Ashland.

Hall has been charged with trafficking heroin. Additional arrests are pending
