CABELL COUNTY, WV -

A Culloden teenager is facing time behind bars after deputies say they found him with drugs and drug paraphernalia.

Xavier M. Quentrill, 19, was arrested Wednesday at his home on Wolf Pen Road. Deputies with the Cabell County Sheriff's Department say had a marijuana plant approximately 2 feet tall in his possession.

Quentrill also had planting cups filled with soil and marijuana seeds on him, a syringe and needle, a spoon and a marijuana plant growers encyclopedia, according to court documents.

Quentrill was taken to Western Regional Jail. He was charged with cultivation of marijuana and faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted.
