CABELL COUNTY, WV -

A man arrested for drug possession says he was on his way to sell the drugs to his friends.

Tyler J. Piaseczny, 21, of Huntington, was observed in the 600 block of Main Street in Barboursville hiding a package under his shirt, according to court documents. 

Officers with the Barboursville Police Department asked Piaseczny about the package and he said he had "some bud," referring to marijuana. The package contained approximately 120 grams of marijuana.

Piaseczny was charged with possession with intent to deliver and faces up to 15 years in prison. He was taken to Western Regional Jail with bail set at $10,000.
