All lanes of Interstate 64 opened back up at about 5:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 27.
The girl who police believe was abducted on July 26 was released from the hospital on July 27.
Macey Stewart, 6, was released from Adena Hospital in Chillicothe, OH. She was placed in foster care pending a child custody hearing at Jackson County Juvenile Court.

Brenda Stewart, Macey's mother, is being transported to the court for the hearing. Brenda Stewart is currently being held on unrelated charges.
A man has been arrested in connection with the disappearance of six-year old Macey Stewart of Jackson, Ohio.
According to the Jackson Police Department, 30-year old Zach Dunn has been arrested and charged with abduction.
Police say Dunn was apprehended from a residence on State Route 776 at about 8 p.m. Friday and was charged after midnight Saturday.

According to police, Stewart was found at a residence on Oakland Road in Liberty Township just before 4 p.m. Friday, seven miles from her home.
Police say it appeared Stewart was injured, but are still investigating to determine if she had been hurt in any other way.
Police say Stewart is expected to be released from the hospital late Saturday morning after being kept in observation overnight.
According to a spokesperson from the Jackson County Children Services, Stewart will be placed in foster care once she is released from the hospital.
Police say the investigation is continuing and additional charges are possible.
Dunn is being held in the Jackson County jail on a $50,000 bond pending a preliminary hearing.
