CULLODEN, WV -

A Hurricane man was taken to jail after police arrested him for breaking and entering.

Roy F. Sovine, 27, of Hurricane, broke into a cabin on Balls Branch Road in Culloden earlier this month and was recorded on a hidden game camera, according to court documents.

Sovine was seen walking away from the cabin with two car batteries valued at $200. Sovine was arrested last Thursday and taken to Western Regional Jail.

He faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
