HUNTINGTON, WV -

A new scholarship fund for students at the Robert C. Byrd Institute for Advanced Flexible Manufacturing (RCBI) has been established at Mountwest Community and Technical College in Huntington.

The fund honors two recent RCBI retirees: Robert B. Hayes and Everett E. Black.

Another recent retiree, Richard Martin, established the fund with an initial gift and additional donations desired.

A recipient must be a second-year student enrolled in RCBI's Machinist Technology/CNC program at Mountwest. The one-year award is non-renewable.
