Cabell Midland's offense has been impressive. In two games this season, the #4 AAA Knights have put up 133 points.

"It's really fun. Everyone does their job. There never is going to be a play where we just get shut down," said senior running back, Kasey Thomas.

In their two victories, they've scored 63 points in week one, and 70 last week. But the electric start isn't necessarily a surprise to them.

"We're coming out here and practicing the same stuff since last year. Nothing really changes and once we put it together, it really clicks and you can really tell," said Thomas.

Sometimes the defense would like them to slow down on their scoring drives to give them some rest

"I'm breathing heavy and I'm like 'my gosh, I have to sit down' and all of sudden I have get back up because they [the offense] already scored," said senior defensive end, Tyler Hays.

"We're hearing that all the time, but sometimes it's the same for us," said Thomas.

Midland doesn't look to slow down through, as they'll continue to keep their foot on the gas.

Cabell Midland and their high scoring offense will be back in action Friday as they host Parkersburg.
